MILK POWDER VERSUS LIQUID MILK

We are often asked what the difference is:

The difference is really the ease of handling and storage stability. With liquid milk, it has to be kept refrigerated, and the coffee machine has to be flushed at regular intervals, or else it will become unhygienic, with milk becoming stale and breeding bacteria in the small pipes and tubes within the machine.

The low moistures and special manufacturing process in our milk powder means it stays fresh for long periods without refrigeration, without losing its nourishment and health properties.

Being “skim milk”, it has less than 1% fat, that is equivalent to green top or yellow top milk in fat content.

The taste of WESTPRO 7300 is also unaltered from that of real milk, because it is real milk – only in powder form
